To do this all our proteins are prepared centrally in a BRC A grade facility which means hygiene standards and processes are at an optimum. No MSG or artificial colours are used in any of recipes, which are the dreaded words when talking about these cuisines. You can eat our food with knowledge there are no hidden nasties.
